Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a new opportunity in Miami, Florida? We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our warehouse team. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of materials throughout our facility. You will be responsible for operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, move inventory, and transport goods to designated areas. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, and you will be expected to adhere to all operational procedures and utilize provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires a high level of responsibility and a commitment to maintaining operational efficiency. If you possess excellent forklift operating skills and are adept at handling physical tasks including considerable Lifting, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Move inventory and products within the warehouse.
- Perform pre-operation inspections on all equipment.
- Stack and arrange materials in designated storage areas.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Strictly follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification or license.
- Proven experience operating various types of forklifts.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 70 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Commitment to Safety and operational excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
