Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming inventory, verify counts, and stock items systematically.
- Accurately pick products according to customer order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for safe transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our overall logistics network.
Qualifications:
Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is highly desirable. Ability to work quickly and accurately, both independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail is crucial for order accuracy. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. A strong commitment to safety and following instructions is required.
