Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
  • Accurately sort and stock inventory in designated locations.
  • Pick customer orders using scanning equipment and assemble them for shipment.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, including packaging and labeling.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Comply with all company policies, including strict adherence to Safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to management.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets within the logistics framework.

Qualifications:
Must be able to handle physical demands including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Must possess good organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Capable of standing, walking, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures is required.
