We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates for our facility in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. Your duties will include receiving and processing shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy. Your role is critical to our Logistics operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintaining a safe work environment is paramount, and all employees must strictly follow Safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE ) at all times. This position requires consistent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming warehouse stock.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Label and stage outgoing shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock handling.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Use required PPE at all times.
- Participate in Lifting and moving of goods.
- Support overall Logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of workplace Safety .
- Willingness to wear provided PPE .
- Basic understanding of inventory management and Logistics concepts.
- Team player with good communication skills.
