Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Inventory Clerk to join our bustling warehouse operations in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, which directly supports our logistics and distribution network. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, conducting regular audits, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring proper stock rotation and storage. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and a systematic approach to inventory management. Become a key player in our supply chain and ensure our products are always accounted for.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and record inventory levels on a daily basis.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
  • Ensure accurate data entry for all inventory transactions in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Maintain organized and accessible storage of inventory items.
  • Implement and follow procedures for stock rotation (e.g., FIFO).
  • Generate inventory reports as required by management.
  • Assist in receiving and put-away processes to ensure accurate inventory placement.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Support overall logistics and warehouse operations through diligent inventory control.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar inventory management role.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 35 lbs).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of logistics and warehouse flow.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
