Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify product information against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Follow all instructions for order fulfillment and packing procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring aisles are clear and safe.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items immediately.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse and logistics operations.
- Participate in team meetings and assist colleagues as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting and carrying of items up to 45 lbs.
- Comfortable working with scanning technology and order management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and product placement.
- Commitment to Safety in all tasks performed.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
