Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Prepare shipments for outbound transportation, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space, including aisles and work stations.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.
- Support logistics operations by performing various warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and foster good working relationships.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
