Our dynamic distribution center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is looking for a proactive Shipping & Receiving Associate. This dual-role position is essential for managing the seamless flow of goods into and out of our facility, playing a critical part in our Logistics network. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents, and processing them into our inventory system. Concurrently, you will prepare outgoing shipments by accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders according to customer specifications. This role demands excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be involved in frequent Lifting of packages and materials, requiring physical stamina and careful handling. A strong commitment to workplace Safety and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are non-negotiable. Experience with shipping software and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a significant plus. We seek individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and possess strong communication skills.
