We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring timely and secure delivery. This role is critical for customer satisfaction and requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a commitment to safety. You will navigate the warehouse, identify specified items, and prepare them for shipment. This position involves regular lifting, standing, and movement, so physical stamina is a must. Strict adherence to all safety regulations and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Verify picked items against customer order details.
- Package items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all established safety protocols and wear necessary PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to a supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support overall logistics efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in picking/packing or warehouse roles is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
