*Responsibilities*
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems.
* Provide support to patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns regarding care.
* Participate in patient education regarding health management and wellness strategies.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures within the facility.
*Qualifications*
* Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
* Experience in long-term care is preferred.
* Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, particularly Epic, is a plus.
* Skills in IV insertion and basic coding practices are advantageous.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
* Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and understanding.

Pay: $32.30 - $36.20 per hour
