Ability to translate business requirements into non-functional requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical users Must be a team player and demonstrate positive collaboration. Demonstrate critical problem-solving skills. Experience Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience with Salesforce administration.
