Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation for this position falls within the range of
$55,000 to $70,000 annually . The final offer will consider several individualized factors, including relevant experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, qualifications and credentials, talent availability and specialization, and organizational needs. This range is subject to change in the future.

Position Objective:
The Systems Administrator assists with the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the organization's technology infrastructure, including local and wide area networks, network segments, and data communication systems. This role ensures system reliability, security, and performance while supporting organizational operations and growth.
Job Functions:
Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD). Manage user accounts, licensing, permissions, and identity security, including MFA and conditional access. Administer Microsoft Intune for mobile device and endpoint management, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, and compliance policies. Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, patch management, and remote device management to protect organizational data. Monitor system health, manage backups, and support regulatory and organizational compliance requirements. Ensure proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iOS and Android/Google devices. Marginal Responsibilities:
Develops, documents, and maintains IT policies, strategic and operational plans, and standard operating procedures. Creates and maintains technical support and training documentation to support staff onboarding and ongoing professional development. Documents internal procedures to ensure operational consistency and knowledge sharing. Mitel Phone System adds, moves, and changes, and supports end-user needs. All other duties as assigned. Education/Experience Requirements:
Experience in systems administration, network management, and Microsoft 365 administration. Experience with Intune, endpoint management, and cloud services. Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, preferred. Competency Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating System platforms and PowerShell. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Written and verbal communication skills for documentation and training purposes. Knowledge of advanced networking and security concepts. Basic hardware and network component knowledge. Ability to maintain confidentiality and security standards. Proficiency in the latest technology for Information Technology systems & management.
