Assisting senior engineers by taking on shift lead duties, managing escalated issues to expedite prompt resolutions.
Engaging in proactive network monitoring, analysis, maintenance, patching, and thorough documentation.
Offering suggestions for ongoing improvements related to communication, customer relations, tools, technology, and equipment.
Qualifications To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree along with 8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Skills and Experience Clearance required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
Preferred Skills and Experience CCNA/CCNP certifications are highly desired.
