We are seeking an experienced
Senior Data Scientist
to join our team, specializing in
Workday
systems with a strong focus on
marketing models
and
Natural Language Processing (NLP) . The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in leveraging data science techniques to develop predictive models, conduct advanced analytics, and drive insights that enhance marketing strategies and operations within the Workday environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement machine learning and statistical models to enhance
marketing strategies
and customer engagement for Workday's systems. Apply
NLP techniques
to extract actionable insights from unstructured data, including customer feedback, reviews, and social media content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to build and deploy predictive models in production environments. Utilize advanced data analysis methods to support decision-making across various marketing initiatives, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization. Work with large, complex datasets to derive insights and recommend strategies that improve marketing effectiveness. Develop and test algorithms for predictive modeling, segmentation, and classification. Communicate findings and insights effectively to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and NLP technologies, and incorporate them into the Workday environment. Contribute to the development and maintenance of
data pipelines
and
ML models
in Workday's cloud infrastructure. Requirements:
12+ years
of experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced analytics, with a focus on marketing models and NLP . Strong experience with
Workday
and its analytics ecosystem. Expertise in developing
marketing models
for customer segmentation, campaign optimization, lead scoring, and sales forecasting. Proven experience in
Natural Language Processing (NLP) , including text mining, sentiment analysis, and information extraction. Proficiency in
Python ,
R , and related data science tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLP libraries). Solid understanding of data engineering principles, including experience with
ETL
processes, and working with large datasets in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure). Strong knowledge of
SQL
and experience with
big data technologies
like Hadoop, Spark, etc. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with
model deployment
and
operationalization
in cloud environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex projects with multiple teams. Experience in
Workday-specific tools and integrations , including Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Data Lake.
