Role Overview
Fidelity Investments is seeking a current Master's or MBA student for a 6-month co-op opportunity within our Advanced Analytics & Customer Insights (AACI) team. In this role, you will work with diverse data sources-including customer attributes, transactional history, digital clickstream, and call center data-to uncover novel insights that will inform strategic decisions that make major impacts on our customers.
As part of AACI, you will gain hands on experience with an industry-leading analytics team and contribute to Fidelity's mission of anticipating client needs and delivering personalized experiences through data, analytics, and research.
Qualifications Currently pursuing an advanced degree focused on data science, data analytics, data engineering, statistics or economics. Familiarity with programming and database querying tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL) and business-insights tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Demonstrated passion for finding meaning in data, demonstrated through work experience, academic projects or participation in hackathons and data competitions. Key Skills
Ability to apply structured thinking and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Capacity to conduct independent analysis (with guidance) to generate actionable insights. Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to continuous learning. Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage effectively with business partners. Technical work experience and/or familiarity with Python web-app frameworks (Streamlit, Django, Dash) is a plus Responsibilities
Analyze customer behavior across multiple touchpoints (web, mobile, IoT, phone, branch) to identify trends and opportunities. Utilize an advanced-analytics toolset including sequential pattern mining, time series analysis and graph algorithms to deliver insights that inform customer experience strategies and product development Continuously enhance analytical capabilities to provide deeper, more impactful insights.
The base salary range for this position is $39 - $70 per hour. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
