We're looking for an
Analytics Engineer
to build and own the product analytics foundation at an early-stage AI-focused startup. You'll play a pivotal role in defining success metrics, mapping the user journey, and uncovering insights that directly influence product direction and growth strategy.
This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments and wants full ownership over how data shapes decision-making.
What You'll Do Design and maintain dashboards tracking product usage, funnels, retention, and activation Define and manage clean, reliable product metrics and data models Analyze user journeys to identify friction points and drive feature adoption Support GTM teams with customer-level and segment analysis Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality event instrumentation and pipelines Lead data quality and reliability efforts across the analytics stack What We're Looking For
3+ years in analytics, data, or product roles focused on
user behaviour and product usage Fluency in SQL
and hands-on experience with
Python Strong experience in
product analytics
(e.g. retention, funnels, activation) Solid data modeling skills and a rigorous, clean approach to metric definition Experience in
B2B SaaS or product-driven teams Product sense + the ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights Ownership mentality with a focus on accuracy and speed What You'll Get
