Client Services Coordinator (Sales Support)
to support Sales and Key Account teams with order entry, account maintenance, and follow-up-helping ensure every customer order moves smoothly from start to finish. Why you'll like this role Stable 1st shift

customer service + admin + sales support
(no cold calling) What you'll do Enter and maintain customer orders accurately (order entry / ERP) Track open orders and follow up with vendors and customers to confirm completion Support product research with suppliers and sales reps Communicate artwork/specifications, review proofs for accuracy and quality Send professional follow-up emails to existing customers Handle general administrative support (email, filing, documentation) What we're looking for Experience in
customer service, order entry, sales support, or admin Comfortable juggling multiple priorities (fast-paced, detail-heavy work) Strong written and verbal communication + active listening Strong computer skills;
MS Office
required NetSuite experience preferred
(or similar ERP/CRM systems) Education High school diploma/GED
