Delta Dental of Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Business Intelligence Support Analyst that will support the data strategy of the organization by working with other areas of the organization to complete data reporting requests and manage data request timelines. This position understands the organization's business model and underlying data structure and is responsible for generating requested data insights accurately and timely.
What you'll do:
Collaborate with other DDWI teams to understand their data reporting and analysis needs and work with these teams to define the purpose and scope of the request, complete the request, and communicate the results Understands the various data sources available for analysis and is able to identify the source and/or sources of data best suited for each situation as well as the opportunities and limitations of using the data from each source Responsible for the creation and distribution of reports used key stakeholders to understand and manage DDWI's business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, identifying key areas of interest, creating user-friendly reports that can be accessed on-demand for recurring reports, verifying the accuracy of the results provided, improving process efficiency, periodically reviewing recurring reports for relevancy and required maintenance, identifying new reporting needs, and communicating results, including investigating and providing commentary on key drivers Monitor data portal requests, assure clarity, assign to the appropriate individual Provide business user assistance and direction when requesting business intelligence services Interact with business users to support the Cost Management Report (CMR) application Manage reoccurring report schedules Perform Quality Assurance (QA) At Delta Dental, we're committed to attracting and keeping great talent with a comprehensive benefits package for employees and their families.
