Position Summary
This position will design, develop, and maintain both new and existing software applications, with an emphasis on cloud-first architecture and integration. You will create and support custom integrations across cloud platforms, including Oracle Integration Cloud, as well as maintain critical data connections between enterprise systems.
Primary Responsibilities include: Administer third-party platforms and integrate external services, including API development and management to support secure and efficient data exchange. Maintain, support, and develop custom software on the .NET platform, in addition to utilizing PHP, R, and Python as needed. Design and maintain custom solutions, including advanced form workflows. Support evolving user needs through ad hoc feature development and workflow optimization. Maintain the trincoll.edu site, including department web sites and WordPress backed publications. Provide SQL Server development and database administration. Maintain legacy applications while modernizing them for cloud-readiness, supporting API development and web services for internal departments, and collaborating cross-functionally to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Serve as SharePoint Administrator, managing content, permissions, and custom workflows to support collaboration and information sharing. Perform other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need. Qualifications
Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills Effective time management and prioritization skills Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team Azure Devops experience, setup of CI/CD pipelines High level familiarity with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth Experience with version control, preferably Git. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience working with JSON and XML data formats Working knowledge of REST and SOAP Web Services. Experience with SFTP for secure file transfers Familiarity with iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions. Logic Apps and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience is preferred Hands-on experience integrating and automating business processes across different applications and data sources Strong understanding of SQL for data manipulation and querying Basic understanding of web design and content updates Eager to learn and adapt to evolving technologies
