Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years CVOR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room using the nursing processassessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provide direct patient care, delegate tasks, and supervise nursing personnel to maintain high standards. Document nursing actions and patient teaching accurately and timely. Communicate critical patient and family information with the multidisciplinary team. Collaborate in identifying and implementing solutions when patient outcomes differ from goals. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with proven CVOR nursing experience. Strong leadership skills combined with excellent clinical judgment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment. Effective communication and teamwork aptitude. Knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and associated nursing protocols.
