This position is scheduled to work 15 hours/week, day shifts, in both inpatient and outpatient, Monday-Saturday, and includes an on-call rotation for Sundays. Rehab Department Hours:
Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-6:30pm, and Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday are on an on-call, as needed basis. The Rehab Department utilizes Epic. Patient evaluations - Perform comprehensive assessments and review medical histories and physician referrals to determine therapy needs Therapeutic Interventions - Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, gait training, posture correction, and pain management strategies Communicate and counsel patients and families on lifestyle modifications and injury prevention while coordinating care with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Graduate of an accredited College or School of Physical Therapy Bachelor's degree Current Ohio Physical Therapist license in good standing 1+ years of work experience especially with women's health, Parkinson's, and vestibular rehab ~ Experience in a hospital setting
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $34.23 to $61.15 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
