Location: Multiple Job Sites (Field-Based – Arizona)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $100,000/year DOE + Performance Incentives & Bonuses
Hours: 50+ hours/week (Must be available beyond standard work hours)
Travel Required: Must use personal vehicle for 6+ months (Daily multi-site travel)

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager who is ready to take ownership of multiple projects, lead from the field, and grow with our company long-term. Position Overview:
This is not a desk job,  it’s a 100% outside, boots-on-the-ground Project Manager role that demands real-world experience and leadership. You’ll be managing multiple active construction sites , ensuring budgets, schedules, personnel, and project scopes stay on track every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For:
10+ years
of proven Project Management experience in civil, concrete, and earthworks construction
5+ years
of new ground up construction, managing crews and subcontractors directly
5+ years of civil construction, underground utilities, earthwork, storm drain, etc.
Finance, job costing, and budget management
Proven ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously
Strong, decisive communication and leadership style
Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Proficiency with tablets, email, and team communication platforms
Commitment to working 50+ hours per week and being available beyond standard hours
Reliable personal transportation (for first 6+ months of employment)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple active job sites
Manage all phases of civil, concrete, and earthworks construction from start to finish
Monitor budgets, track job costs, and maintain accurate financial records
Ensure compliance with project schedules, subcontractor performance, and material logistics

Enforce safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance
Provide consistent communication with company leadership, clients, and crews
Anticipate issues and deliver effective on-site solutions
Conduct site walks, progress reports, and closeout reviews
Serve as the face of the company in the field , leading with authority and accountability
