Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of custom engineered expansion joints to a broad customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Upon project award and assignment, you will take full ownership of managing customer orders. From order acknowledgement, drawing submittal, procurement, and manufacturing thru shipment and invoicing. Potential to expand into expansion joint design under engineering supervision.
• Maintain project documentation, including material traceability, NDE, and cost information.
• Ensure customer communications are proactive - we reach out to customers and advise them of status before they have to ask us!

Qualifications:

• Demonstratable experience managing multiple jobs and workflows.
• AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other transferrable CAD experience is preferred (or ability to learn quickly)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Familiarity with project management and job costing/coding.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership experience.
