We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a leadership role with full ownership of project execution, financial performance, client relationships, and team success.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, financially disciplined construction leader who thrives in accountability-driven environments and consistently delivers projects on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Construction Director, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating construction projects Nationally. Establishing timelines and budgets. Building and managing project teams, reporting to GCs, and ensuring quality control throughout project life cycles are central to this position.
What You’ll Own
- Full lifecycle management of commercial construction projects (“cradle to grave”)
- Project P&L responsibility, forecasting, and profitability performance
- Scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning
- Subcontractor sourcing, negotiation, and performance management
- Client communication and executive-level reporting
- Change management and contract compliance
- Field leadership accountability, performance metrics, and production targets
- Risk mitigation and issue resolution

What You Bring
- 5+ years of progressive construction project management experience
- Demonstrated success managing multiple commercial projects with full financial accountability
- Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis
- Experience collaborating with GCs, architects, engineers, and ownership groups
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and hold performance standards
- High-level organizational and communication skills
- PMP certification preferred
- Automotive equipment installation experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with QuickBooks and AutoCAD preferred
- Comfortable traveling approximately 20%
