Enable Resource Group is seeking a mission-minded Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team! Since 2000, Enable Ministry Partners, a division of Enable Resource Group, has managed and supported IT solutions for hundreds of churches across the country. As a Sales Support Administrator, your primary role is to support the sales team by providing administrative and operational assistance throughout the sales and customer service processes. Your primary responsibilities will include managing sales documentation, coordinating communication between internal departments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate sales agreements (new and reoccurring) Input new clients and sales opportunities into the sales platform Communicate and follow up with clients on document signatures Review monthly client invoices and cross-check against agreements Perform administrative setup for approved projects, as well as new client setup Regularly audit active clients and their classifications in the IT management platform Collaborate heavily with Client Relationship Managers and billing team Retrieve standard sales reports and ensure the administrative portion of the sales process follows company protocols Create client-facing deliverables Represent the client to Enable and Enable to the client, through proactive, strategic, and thorough communication Required Skills: A personal desire to grow and to serve 1-3 years in an administrative support role Proficient technical skills in the following areas: Current experience operating in Microsoft 365 applications Proven knowledge working with CRM software and tools Working knowledge of current Windows OS Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and coordination with Enable internal teams and clients Ability to adapt quickly and learn new processes and systems Ability to undergo and pass a background check in accordance with state and federal laws Preferred Skills: Working experience in a sales support role Working experience in a managed services environment A bachelor's degree within communication, business, sales, or a related area of study At Enable, we put people and relationships first.
