We are seeking a compassionate, skilled *Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)* to join our growing team and help us bridge the gap between families, schools, and therapeutic services.
This is an immediate opening for a therapist who is excited to work across *school-based and clinic settings*, supporting neurodivergent learners with practical, strengths-based intervention.

*Position Overview*
The Occupational Therapist will:
* Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations
* Develop functional, strengths-based treatment plans
* Provide direct services in school and clinic environments
* Support IEP development and implementation
* Address sensory regulation, fine motor skills, executive functioning, self-care, and school participation
* Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
* Provide consultation and practical strategies that generalize across environments
* Maintain compliant, timely documentation

You are:
* Collaborative and systems-minded
* Confident in both school and clinical environments
* Experienced with neurodivergent children
* Skilled in sensory integration and functional skill development
* Passionate about empowering families and educators
* Organized and solution-focused
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
