Three days a week at the client location: 2300 Yorkmont Road, Charlotte, NC, 28217 is mandatory. We will have an internal evaluation first, followed by two client rounds (first remote and second in person at the clients office). The senior/lead backend engineer is responsible for leading a team of offshore engineers (dev and qa) and being available during most onshore est timings.
