to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Pennsylvania. This role involves supporting a major platform implementation within the investment management industry, focusing on data integration and reporting across enterprise functions.
Position Overview for the Business Data Analyst :
Support the integration of State Street Alpha and BlackRock Aladdin platforms within the organization's data ecosystem. Analyze, document, and validate business and data requirements across multiple enterprise functions. Ensure accurate data mapping, transformation, and integration between upstream platforms and downstream reporting systems. Collaborate with stakeholders across client reporting, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and other business units to understand reporting and data consumption needs. Perform data analysis and validation to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy during system integration and data migration processes. Requirements for the Business Data Analyst :
Experience working as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst within the investment management or asset management industry. Strong understanding of data integration, data mapping, and data validation processes. Experience working with enterprise financial platforms or investment management systems. Ability to translate business requirements into clear data and technical specifications. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams. What's in it for you?
