Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices, security model, and coding guidelines. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Aura / LWC components. Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Diligent and acts promptly. Interactive and maintains effective working relationships. Embraces change and maintains a positive attitude. Demonstrates operational awareness in problem-solving. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities
Capture, design, and implement Salesforce platform solutions using best practices. Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client business objectives. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and user support. Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts on application design and practice development. Execute unit, performance, and user acceptance tests to ensure solutions meet quality standards. Communicate risks and vulnerabilities to engineering staff through training and technical demonstrations. Collaborate with engineers on solutions, providing hands-on expert level assistance on technical issues. Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform with industry best practices. Present technical solutions to peers and senior management with clarity. Independently solve technical problems in the assigned area.
