Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for overseeing and managing all information technology systems that support the Seminole Tribal Court's Administration operations. The incumbent serves as the Tribal Court IT Administrator role within the Information Technology support structure, working closely with judges, clerks, attorneys, and Tribal leadership to uphold sovereignty, compliance, and service excellence while protecting the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive court data. The individual monitors, diagnoses, analyzes, and anticipates technical/performance issues before it becomes a problem/incident, to ensure the operational uptime of all business services and works with appropriate tiers or IT units to quickly restore optimum service. This role ensures the court has secure, modern, and reliable technology solutions for its case management system, courtroom proceedings, audio/video and records management. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is required. Master's Degree in IT Management, Public Administration, or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible IT roles, with at least two (2) years managing court or justice-related systems is required. Must demonstrate understanding of Seminole Court operations, judicial procedures, legal records management, and experience with cloud migrations preferred. Possession of a valid FL Driver's License is required. Must demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
