Golden Shepherd LLC is revolutionizing access to care by delivering high-quality,
affordable chiropractic services in a convenient retail setting. As the newest
operator of chiropractic in Lawton, we aim to deliver our community quality care
with evening and weekend access. Our patients enjoy the ease of access to their
treatments, and we focus our care on providing only adjustments. Helping the
community get in and out quickly so they can carry on with their busy lives while
receiving quality functional wellness care from our licensed DCs.
*Position Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing team.
This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive,
streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best: improving
lives through routine chiropractic care.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
* Uncovering the true why for the need for treatment
* Uncovering the true why for the need for treatment
* Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans
* Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records
* Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
* Build positive doctor-patient relationships
* Support care-focused conversations to drive commitments for lifestyle improvements
*Qualifications*
* Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
* Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
* Valid DC license in the Oklahoma state board
* Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam)
* Eligible for malpractice insurance
*Schedule*
This role requires availability 5 days per week.
*Compensation and Benefits*
* Starting salary: $90,000, depending on experience
* 5-day workweek
* $100 per pay period for medical, dental, and vision insurance
