Applications Support Manager
to support our professional services firm client in undertaking a major overhaul of its technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate is an experienced
project-based systems and integrations consultant
and this role will focus on modernizing how the firm captures, processes, and uses client intake and operational data through a series of interconnected platforms.
The
first priority
for this consultant will be to design and implement the integration of a cloud-based phone system with the firm's case management system (CMS) to improve client intake, reporting, and overall client experience. This includes leveraging call transcription technology to automatically generate and store structured intake notes inside the firm's database. From there, the consultant will lead or support additional initiatives such as CMS automation, AI-driven workflows, potential CMS migration, and integration of other business systems.
This role is ideal for someone who has
built and implemented systems from the ground up , not just managed vendors or overseen existing tools. You will be responsible for evaluating workflows, architecting solutions, and executing hands-on technical work to ensure systems function together seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Lead integration of the firm's phone system with the CMS for intake, reporting, and client experience Design workflows that convert call transcriptions into structured, searchable database records Implement CMS automations and AI-enabled enhancements Support or lead potential CMS migrations Evaluate, configure, and integrate additional operational systems as needed Ideal Background
Proven experience building and implementing business systems, not just administering them Strong background with CMS platforms, telephony integrations, and workflow automation Experience working with AI, transcription tools, or data automation is a plus Ability to operate in a project-based, fast-moving environment
Location & Work Arrangement The firm has offices in
Center City Philadelphia, Northeast Philadelphia, and Montgomery County . Remote or hybrid arrangements may be considered depending on candidate fit.
