£40,000 We are looking for
2 Car Sales Advisors
to join a busy Nottingham dealership as part of an exciting expansion and the introduction of a new vehicle brand. This role is all about putting customers first, building trust, and guiding them through a transparent, supportive car-buying experience. Youll work with both new and used vehicles, understanding customer needs, arranging test drives, and managing relationships from enquiry through to handover. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and support customers in the showroom and via digital/telephone enquiries
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
Explain vehicle features, finance options, and additional products in a compliant and ethical way
Arrange and conduct test drives
Manage customer relationships from enquiry to handover
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent customer experience
About You: Experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not essential
