We are supporting a Financial Services organisation within the Professional Markets sector that is undergoing significant business and operational change. They are seeking a
Business Analyst
to play a key role in shaping, analysing and delivering transformation initiatives across business systems, processes and operating models. This role will suit a BA who is comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, translating business needs into clear requirements, and driving improvements that deliver measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery activities to understand current business processes, pain points and opportunities
Conduct
AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping
to support transformation programmes
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements sessions
Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, user stories, process flows and functional specifications
Collaborate with Project Managers, SMEs and technology teams to ensure successful delivery
