Exalto Consulting is supporting a leading UK retail organisation as they recruit an E‑commerce Engineering Team Lead / Software Engineering Manager.
This is an opportunity to guide and strengthen an engineering function that underpins a major online retail platform. About the Role As the E‑commerce Engineering Team Lead, you will support and develop a motivated software engineering team responsible for delivering, maintaining and improving a large‑scale E‑commerce platform used by millions of customers.
This role blends people leadership with technical oversight. You will help create an environment where engineers feel trusted, supported and empowered to do their best work. You will also lead the delivery of roadmap initiatives that contribute directly to commercial and customer outcomes. What You'll Be Doing
