Pool Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Pool & Patio Design is looking for an experienced Pool Construction Project Manager to coordinate and manage multiple pool construction and remodeling projects.

This role is primarily office-based and focuses on project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, permits, and client communication while the field team manages on-site construction.

We are a growing company and need someone who already understands pool construction and can take ownership of projects from day one.

Responsibilities

• Manage 6–12 active pool construction or renovation projects
• Coordinate schedules with subcontractors and suppliers
• Track project timelines and ensure jobs stay on schedule
• Communicate with clients regarding project progress
• Work with field crews to resolve project issues
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and materials

Requirements

• Experience managing pool construction or remodeling projects
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work in office in Pompano Beach

Compensation

Salary: $65K – $85K depending on experience
