Job Description

Mowing Foreman:

We are searching for a talented and dedicated Mowing Foreman to join our team. You will perform a range of general lawn maintenance duties including lawn mowing, trimming/edging, remove weeds.

Responsibilities:

Manage mowing/maintenance accounts at high standard. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has an eye for detail, and is ready to supervise a crew to ensure high-quality lawn care services. As a Mowing Foreman, you will play a key role in delivering excellent results for our clients and supporting the success of our landscaping/mowing operations.

· Supervise and lead a crew in performing mowing and general lawn maintenance tasks

· Operate and maintain mowing equipment and tools safely and efficiently

· Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client expectations

· Coordinate daily schedules and assign tasks to crew members

· Monitor job sites for quality, safety, and efficiency

· Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements:

· Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance

· Ability to operate commercial mowing equipment

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay – $20-30+ per hour
