Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Associate in Salt Lake City, Utah! We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, picking and packing orders accurately, stocking shelves, and preparing goods for shipment. You'll work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the efficient flow of our Logistics operations. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, and all associates are required to adhere to strict guidelines and use appropriate PPE. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving Lifting. If you're looking for a stable and rewarding position in a growing industry, this is the role for you. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and company policies.
- Properly use and maintain required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 60 lbs).
- Support the Logistics team in achieving operational goals.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
- Willingness to follow Safety procedures and wear PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
