Purpose of Job We are looking for an experienced Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working across commercial sites in designated region. This is a mobile role covering multiple buildings, carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding and electrical repairs in a professional, customer‑focused environment. This role suits an engineer with strong electrical knowledge, excellent fault‑finding ability, and experience working in Facilities Management (FM), Building Services, commercial properties or multi‑site environments.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) on electrical systems including lighting, power, emergency lighting and distribution boards. Complete reactive maintenance, electrical repairs and breakdown support across multiple client sites. Diagnose electrical faults quickly and return systems to service. Undertake minor electrical installation works and remedial tasks. Complete electrical testing and inspection duties (EICR tasks where qualified). Update logbooks, service sheets and compliance documentation. Ensure safe working practices through risk assessments and method statements.
