We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in the home services industry to lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies. This role is tailored for a data-driven, results-oriented marketer who understands the unique challenges and opportunities in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service businesses.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSAs), Microsoft Ads, and Meta campaigns, and can translate marketing performance data into actionable insights that drive growth. You'll play a critical role in shaping local and national strategies to improve lead volume, conversion, and brand positioning across a portfolio of home service brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, LSAs, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other paid digital channels to maximize ROI and lead quality.
Design and execute targetedmulti-channel campaigns that align with business goals, including digital, direct mail, grassroots, and event-based initiatives.
Partner closely with internal teams (SEO, creative, sales, and ops) to develop localized marketing strategies that reflect market-specific needs and seasonal trends.
Leverage CRM tool (ServiceTitan) to manage lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and reactivation campaigns.
Monitor and analyze KPIs across all campaigns and platforms to guide high-level marketing strategy, budget allocations, and performance improvements.
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and values.
Collaborate with and manage third-party vendors, internal marketing assistants, and freelancers to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, especially changes to Google Ads and LSA policies that impact visibility and lead flow.
Requirements:
5+ years of marketing experience in the home services industry (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) with a proven track record of driving results through digital and local strategies.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, LSAs, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and performance-based campaign management.
Strong understanding of local marketing tactics, including community outreach, sponsorships, and regional brand development.
Experience with SEO strategy, content planning, and collaboration with web development and creative teams.
High proficiency in CRM and email marketing platforms, experience with Service Titan Marketing Pro is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
Exceptional project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of marketing metrics, attribution, and lead conversion strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
