Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team, focusing on delivering high-quality rehabilitation services in our inpatient facilities. The ideal candidate will assist patients in improving their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments. They will work with patients who have conditions that are mentally, physically, developmentally, or emotionally disabling. You'll develop treatment plans and interventions, assess home and work environments of patients, recommend adaptive equipment, and teach them how to use that equipment to promote independence. The role is critical in helping patients heal and adjust, ensuring they lead more fulfilling and independent lives.
