They are seeking a Data Analyst to create reporting models, analyze key performance indicators, and contribute to the growth of in-house data tools while collaborating with engineers for system improvements.
Responsibilities : • Apply a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-friendly documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data tests • Design, build, and maintain data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis • Collect, analyze, and present data from the system when provided a subset of potentially unrelated data points/filters to draw conclusions • Effectively communicate data analysis to non-technical audiences unfamiliar with the domain • Recognize patterns to define gaps in upstream systems and drive change to close these gaps with responsible parties (end users, system admins, etc.) • Ensure successful integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders
Qualifications : Required : • Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or related, or equivalent experience • Previous experience working with Recruiting or People teams, or in-depth knowledge of the full-cycle recruiting process • Prior relational database experience • Proficiency in SQL and other common query languages • Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) • Critical thinking and a first principles approach to problem solving
