IT Project Manager
We're looking for an IT Project Manager to help drive Suffolk's most important technology initiatives. In this role, you'll make sure our digital platforms, system upgrades, and custom solutions are delivered smoothly, on time, and in line with our business goals. You'll work across teamstechnology, operations, and datato connect the dots and ensure everything we build creates real value for the company. This position is all about turning strategy into action. You'll lead delivery efforts for enterprise platforms, manage enhancements, and oversee innovative solutions like AI and automation. Lead Strategic Programs Own the delivery of major platforms and digital solutions across multiple business areas. Turn big-picture priorities into clear, actionable roadmaps. Manage dependencies across HR, Finance, Field Operations, and emerging AI projects. Work closely with architecture and cybersecurity teams to keep systems secure and connected. Act as the link between product, platform, and delivery teams to keep everything aligned. Drive Platform & System Enhancements Oversee deployments and improvements for enterprise platforms like Oracle Cloud and Microsoft 365. Prioritize upgrades and user experience improvements based on business impact. Make sure cloud platforms, custom apps, and field technologies work together seamlessly. Use delivery frameworks that balance speed with stability and include user feedback loops. Deliver Custom Solutions & AI Initiatives Manage development of tailored apps, low-code solutions, and integrations. Ensure AI and automation are used responsibly and securely. Partner with product owners and AI governance teams to integrate AI into workflows. Use data and analytics to guide decisions and improve delivery. Ensure Governance & Measurable Value Apply governance standards for architecture, security, and compliance. Track success using KPIs like time-to-value, adoption, and business impact. Run steering forums to align priorities and resolve issues early. Keep delivery transparent with tools like Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet. Lead & Build Culture Build strong relationships with business and technical leaders. Coach teams on modern delivery practices like iterative releases and proactive problem-solving. Promote a culture of accountability, curiosity, and innovation. Advise executives on how to make smart, sustainable digital investments. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). 812 years leading technology delivery in large, complex organizations. Experience managing enterprise platforms, system enhancements, and custom solutions. Ability to coordinate across multiple domainsbusiness systems, data, AI, and digital workplace. Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks. Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (Oracle, Microsoft, AWS) and integration strategies. Experience embedding AI and automation responsibly in enterprise workflows. Excellent communication and influencing skills. PMP, PgMP, or Agile Product certification preferred. The expected salary range for this position (Digital Delivery Manager) in Boston, MA is between $131,000 and $184,000 USD. This represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Suffolk's total compensation package. Actual salaries may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, education and other qualifications. Suffolk offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of its overall compensation strategy. Salary ranges may differ by geography and are reviewed regularly to reflect market trends.
