Copay is currently looking to hire an Operations Analytics Manager within our Lodging division. This position falls under our Airline Operations line of business. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering analytics, reporting, and performance insights that enable data-informed decision-making across Airline Operations. You will report directly to SVP Operations. This role partners closely with Operations Managers, IT, and HR Vendor/BPO partners to translate operational and financial data into actionable insights that improve performance, efficiency, scalability, and service quality. The role plays a critical part in supporting operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strategic initiatives, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into trends, risks, and outcomes across a multi-regional footprint. Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include: Leading the development, generation, and ongoing maintenance of operational reports and analytics supporting operational excellence initiatives Designing, building, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPIs measuring productivity, quality, cost, performance, and customer outcomes Analyzing operational and financial data to identifying trends, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Translating analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Operations leadership and regional teams Delivering recurring reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and supporting Monthly Business Reviews with accurate, insight-driven data Partnering with Operations leaders to defining success metrics and measuring the impact of process improvements and initiatives Supporting process improvement, automation, and standardization efforts through data analysis and performance tracking Overseeing and evolving performance measurement frameworks aligned with operational and business objectives Identifying opportunities to simplifying reporting while improving data reliability and scalability Acting as a trusted analytics advisor to Operations leaders and cross-functional stakeholders Collaborating closely with IT, Product, Finance, HR Vendor, and BPO teams to ensuring data accuracy, availability, and consistency Supporting data governance, documentation, and reporting best practices across operations Liaising with invoicing and finance teams to identifying and resolving data discrepancies impacting reporting or decision-making Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred 3+ years of experience in operations analytics, business analysis, or performance management Advanced proficiency in reporting and BI tools including DOMO, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel Strong financial and operational acumen with high attention to detail Proven ability to working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong organizational skills with the ability to managing multiple priorities Excellent communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills Travel industry or airline operations experience preferred International and multi-regional operational experience preferred Ability to traveling up to 10% as needed Benefits & Perks
