Job Title
Be a part of a team actively managing enterprise computer systems and networks, analyzing technical issues, and developing and implementing corrective actions. Essential Responsibilities: Actively manage enterprise computer systems and networks, analyzing technical issues, and developing and implementing corrective actions. Observe and interpret visual outputs indicating the operating status of systems and network components for designated computer network infrastructure. Translate user requests into technical diagnoses, then apply diagnoses to develop technical solutions to meet user needs. Develop strategies to migrate existing customers to new architecture/technology with minimal impact. Evaluate new technologies or equipment that can be added to Agency standard solutions. Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Must have experience in network or system administration. Strong Linux experience. Experience in systems/network administration, application administration, and/or information technology support or management. Experience supporting hardware installation, such as servers and network infrastructure. Experience setting up storage such as network-attached storage. Experience implementing security best practices to include PKI certificate generation, deployment and maintenance. Knowledge of Unix shell scripting languages like Bash, Bourne, or C. Clearance Required: TS/SCI Poly Minimum Experience/Education: Bachelor's degree plus 5-years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 3-years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree plus 7-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 9-years of relevant experience may be considered. Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology or related Required Certifications: DoD 8570.1 compliant IAM Level I certification. Preferred Qualifications: JavaScript, React, experience migrating existing applications to newer technologies, experience working directly with customers to implement solutions for their processes. Compensation Details: $140,000 - $153,000 The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
