Identify and resolve bugs and user experience issues in live environments.
Advance frontend architecture and development practices for improved maintainability and rapid iterations.
Make informed technical decisions to balance quality, performance, complexity, and deadlines.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and mobile SDK teams to ensure the optimal integration of ad formats.
Participate in design and code reviews to promote high frontend engineering standards within the team.
Qualifications Experience with ad platforms, ad rendering systems, or monetization products.
Familiarity with animation technologies such as CSS animations, Web Animations API, canvas, or WebGL.
Track record of creating highly dynamic or data-driven UI flows, including experimentation features.
Proficiency in frontend performance tools and debugging practices, including browser development tools and profiling.
Proven collaboration with designers in interaction design, motion, and visual enhancements.
Experience with A/B testing or similar frameworks for iterative UI improvement based on performance metrics.
Familiarity with mobile webviews or embedded rendering environments.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and a commitment to inclusive UI design.
Experience with large, mature codebases that prioritize maintainability and reliability.
