Job Description:
Develop and maintain features for the PurpleRain platform, ensuring its stability and scalability. Collaborate with the development team to implement new functionalities and enhancements using Java and Python. Utilize Snowflake, Spark, and Databricks for data processing, analysis, and machine learning tasks. Manage platform infrastructure on Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and security. Implement DevOps practices to automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AWS services and leverage cloud resources effectively. Perform troubleshooting and debugging of system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Big Data, Machine Learning, and cloud technologies, incorporating them into the PurpleRain platform as needed. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on Big Data and Machine Learning. Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages. Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Spark, and Databricks for data processing and analysis. Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and server management. Familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure. Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
