Develop and implement technical strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and team improvement.
Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, or a PhD with 4 years of experience, including hands-on technical management.
Demonstrated experience in recruiting, building, and leading high-performing technical teams, with a strong focus on performance management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in offering support, mentorship, and development opportunities for software engineers.
At least 2 years of experience managing a diverse team of engineers.
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on technical manager experienced in developing comprehensive web-based software solutions, API design, and server-client interactions.
Compensation: Annual salary ranging from $184,000 to $257,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Industry:
