Softek seeks an experienced Senior Network Engineer to provide network support for the DHS Enterprise Engineering Division (EED), supporting comprehensive HSEN capabilities and services. This role requires deep expertise in LAN/WAN, enterprise wireless networking, network security engineering, collaboration tools, cloud hosting, and advanced communication services.

Senior Network Engineer Operational Support Software Maintenance and Upgrades Telecommunications Maintenance (Data, Voice, Images, including Wireless) Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) Configuration Management Network/Hardware Support IT Support (Tier 3 support) Resource Management Backup and Recovery Management Installation, Configuration, and Tuning Electronic Software Licensing Services including license: deployment, management, tracking, upgrading, etc. System Management - Firewalls, etc. IT Operation and Maintenance Planning Data Quality Management Transformation Services Continual Service Improvement Balanced Scorecard for Operations IT Infrastructure Optimization Minimum qualifications:
15 years' experience providing network engineering support on programs related to network systems and infrastructure with over 5,500 field sites, 2 or more datacenters/colocation facilities, and 250,000+ users. CCNP certification - Active ITILv4 certification - Active Preferred Qualifications:
15+ years supporting DHS LAN/WAN 10+ years supporting DHS System ATO and C&A activities Experience supporting DHS St. Elizabeth Campus network Experience supporting network modernization projects
