As a Network Engineer, you'll manage installations, optimize performance, and provide hands-on support-often working directly with end users and decision-makers. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to build trust, showcase your expertise, and make technology work for people. What You'll Do
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure using industry best practices Manage installation and support of servers, PCs, and software at client sites Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless connectivity Establish rapport with clients and deliver outstanding customer service Collaborate with team members and mentor junior Network Engineers Document solutions and maintain clear, accurate records Requirements What We're Looking For
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience Proven experience as a Network Engineer (consulting experience a plus) Strong customer service orientation and communication skills Advanced problem-solving abilities and hands-on technical expertise Desire to pursue certifications and stay ahead of emerging technologies Willingness to work at various client locations
